We reserve the right to deny any return that doesn’t meet our return policy terms.


Returns are not accepted on electrical goods(Electrical goods: parts, equipment, or appliances that work by means of electricity) and special ordered parts which include but are not limited to, Propellers, Complete Trim units, Assemblies, ect… These orders are considered final sale.
Eligible items must be returned in the same condition as it was received. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags, Accessories such as cords and remotes; Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards;
Additional requirements for items in specific categories are outlined below.

Engine Parts & Accessories

New items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, when applicable.
*Make sure to follow these guidelines, all returns are inspected. Inspected returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted and will be refused.
*Shipping costs for approved returns back to Nautica Marine are the responsibility of the customer.
*Return shipping on items denied/refused that did not meet returned item guidelines after inspection, is the responsibility of the customer. Refused/denied returns are held for 30day(s) after this time items are considered abandoned and will be discarded.
